IRFAN J SHAH
Irfan Jamil Shah has a diversified experience in Project Management, Information Technology and Marketing. Possessing entrepreneurial personality, combined with strong decision-making, inter-personal communication and presentation skills, Irfan has been instrumental in success of various projects and marketing of solutions like Document Management System, Assets Performance Management Systems and computer systems.
Irfan joined Telniasoft in 1999 as Country Manager. Before that Irfan was associated with Computer & Office Products, a company established in 1993 by Irfan himself and a local investor. Irfan's role was as General Manager of the company.
Irfan is also associated with GMC-TIN [Asia/Pacific Secretariat) an initiative by Mr. Kofi Annan, the Secretary General of the United Nations. Prime objective of the project is to improve quality of education in developing countries like Pakistan. The organization offers technology-based training programs through key Pakistani universities, colleges, institutes, local councils, NGOs and community boards, etc. to individuals enhance their efficiency as well as self-sustainability. Irfan has been very active in promotion of this type of education by way of developing strategies, improvement in client servicing, customer acquisition strategies and conducting seminars, awareness workshops, presentations, etc. He has also been on the advisors list of the Director Strategic Alliances, GMC-TIN CCI' on various issues as well as promotion of technology-based training in Pakistan.
Deep understanding of the art of customers servicing, analysis of their requirements and suggesting solutions that satisfies their requirements, Irfan has been very successful in marketing of eDOX (a Document Management System) that converts paper-based data to an efficient electronic filing system that helps customers to manage their paper-based data more efficiently and reliably.
Irfan is closely working with Shahnawaz Engineering (Private) Limited in providing project management expertise in their on-shore and off-shore projects.
Irfan is also actively involved in the implementation of Document Management System at Louis Burger Inc., a US-based company engaged in consultation of the New Islamabad Airport project.
Irfan is also a visiting faculty of different Universities and teaches IT subjects to their students.
Having Masters’ Degree in Electronics, Irfan holds many certifications as well on his credit.

SALMAN KARANI
Salman Karani is an MBA–Finance from PAF-Karachi Institute of Economics & Technology. He has partly completed CIA – Certified Internal Auditor certification from the Institute of Internal Auditors, USA. He has also undergone through the professional training of Basel – II / COSO Frame Work / Audit Reporting Writing during his professional tenure.
Prior to joining SpeciaPro Training Insititue, Salman Karani was associated with Habib Bank Limited. During his tenure at HBL, he served his services in Internal Audit Department. He has five years of management and operational audit experience.
Previously, Salman has also served Euro Pharma International, The Aga Khan University – IED and Delta Trading Co. Mozambique in area of Finance and Management.
Salman Karani has sound and comprehensive knowledge of banking and ERP related software and can handle its implementation and operational task in effective manner. Besides that, he is highly competent in Management practices and able to handle the sophisticated projects and assignments independently with smooth and efficient manner.

ASMA HALEEM
Asma Haleem has done bachelor in Computer Science (BCS) from University of Karachi. She has completed certification in Web Application Development from e3Commerce. Besides that, she has taken training on Aviation Grooming & Orientation from Silver Wing Aviation Academy.
Asma worked as part time Computer Science faculty at University of Karachi for two years. She also assisted Professor Dr. Sadiq Ali khan during her studies at university.
Previously, Asma was associated with Aero Care Software House where she worked as Software Developer. During her tenure she worked on Aero care ATM application & drivers in C language on Linux environment. She has worked on ORACLE 9i FORMS and Crystal Reports during her professional career.
