Adeel A. Shah is the Chairman and CEO at SpeciaPro. He has a long, distinguished career in which he has formulated and successfully executed strategic plans for international and domestic commercial firms. He works closely with client companies to understand their specific requirements. With an educational background in International Public Policy from SAIS-University of Johns Hopkins USA and MBA from Carey Business School of Johns Hopkins, Adeel is very familiar about local and global business and marketing issues.

Fazal M. Shah is the COO at SpeciaPro. His valuable Information Technology (software and hardware) experience gives company an edge to compete in the global business market. He has trained and managed statewide State Personnel on regional computer systems. He has also managed and led Small Business Innovation Research Program for one of a defense agency in the United States. His last title was Computer Scientist in a defense agency. He has earned his Masters in Science (MS) in Computer Science an MBA from University of Maryland, USA.

Irfan J. Shah is Country Manager of SpeciaPro. He has a diversified experience in BackOffice Support Services, Business Process Outsourcing, Project Management, Information Technology and Marketing. Irfan is also associated with GMC-TIN (Asia/Pacific Secretariat) an initiative by Mr. Kofi Annan, the Secretary General of the United Nations. Irfan has been very active in developing strategies, improvement in client servicing, customer acquisition strategies and conducting seminars, awareness workshops and presentations. He has also been on the advisors list of the Director Strategic Alliances on promotion of technology based training in Pakistan.

Mohammad Tahir is the Chief Consultant & Managing Partner at SpeciaPro. With 25 years of experience in accounting and auditing, Mr. Muhammad Tahir has served a variety of businesses in Pakistan and USA including the Bank of New York as an Assistant Vice President and Marco Polo Companies located at Wall Street New York, as a controller. Tahir achieved intermediate qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan in 1996. Tahir has in-depth knowledge of accounting procedures and policies, implementation and control. His depth of knowledge and expertise across all practice areas is specifically attractive to clients seeking a perfect holistic consultancy as well as training.

Shahid is commerce graduate and has done MBA in Marketing. He possess extensive experience of client handling with regard to understand their issues and hick ups in different areas of business process which can affect clients overall efficiency and could become hindrances to attain reasonable profit of margins. He has expertise to suggest improved process to client for implementation, preparation of business flow charts to configure according to different software applications, MS dynamics, inventory management systems. He has experienced of studying business process of various types of industries like, Textile, Pharmaceutical, Clinical Laboratories, Hospitals, Education, Advertising, Recycling and Manufacturing, Timber and Wood, Cotton and leather Garments, Printing and Packaging, Constructions and Buildings, Resturant and Catering,Aviation, FMCG distribution, Home Appliances Distribution, Super markets and departmental stores, Live stocks, Cattle Farms, Agriculture, Television, Firefighting and Safety, and Agro Pharmaceutical.

Syed Ammar Hasan has been working in the Project Management Office at SpeciaPro and holds a PEC-accredited Bachelors Degree in Engineering (BE) with Majors in Telecommunications Engineering. He has research interest in Wireless Networks, Cryptography, and Statistical Data Modeling and Analysis. Aside from the academics, Ammar has over 7 years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing industry working independently as well as leading teams of up to 20 members over various secondary research projects ranging from Information Technology research to Construction, Healthcare, Mortgage, Insurance, Real Estate, Endowments, Automobiles and beyond, researching over firms as big as JP Morgan Chase and Co, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Ford Motors, General Electric, etc. Ammar is passionate about training and mentoring and has conducted various employee development training programs at SpeciaPro in the areas of English Language, Technology Applications, Interpersonal Skills and Microsoft Application Programs.

Insiya Abbas is qualified in MBA Human Resource Management with distinction. She carries expertise in successfully tackling critical human resource issues and is proficient at re-structuring processes to promote organizational development. Her areas of consultancy include HRIS management, HR administration, recruitment, performance evaluation, pay-roll and data management. She is able to develop and implement effective policies and procedures, design recognition plans, execute confidence building sessions/annual events, promote on-job-training programs, and conduct TNA (Training Need Assessment) and internal promotion exams. A well-organized, talented, motivating, smart-working and trustworthy professional with great leadership, problem-solving and outstanding verbal/written communication skills.

Adil is Human Resource Talent Acquisition specialist at Speciapro. He has diversified experience in Human Resource management having Master’s degree in HR and CHRP and CLLP in process. He carries Specialisation in Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development and Performance Management. He has conducted multiple guest speaker session successfully and applauding training sessions in various universities.
